Another key service we offer is satellite installation and this was an interesting job over in Liverpool. The customer was a German lady who’d had her satellite dish set to 19.2 which is the orbital position for German television but unfortunately she’d had nothing but problems with it for a very long time. A previous company had been out and said that there was nothing they could do but we managed to reinstall the dish receiver on a solid rig, reset the system to 19.2 and successfully reconnect all of the channels with a fantastic signal and a link margin reading of 7.8 decibels. A great job and another very happy customer!
